Without totally replacing the cabinets, we modified and updated this kitchen by opening a wall, adding all new appliances, a few new cabinets,a backsplash and countertop, and changed the location of the refrigerator and microwave. We also added a second sink to create a new “salad” station. What could have easily been a 50.0 renovation is done at 20.0!

This master bath was once two tiny spaces connected by pocket doors. We opened up the space by eliminating a wall and visually joining the shower and tub areas to create a feeling of expansiveness. Another new element is the tiled wall that creates a niche of privacy for the toilet.
